Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns and due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, a refund will be issued for your return and you will be able to purchase the replacement accordingly.
For all orders placed from the 1st November 2024 – We are happy to offer a full refund up to the 31st January 2025, as long as the item is returned unworn and in the same perfect condition as delivered, complete with tags attached, tissue packing paper, and the box undamaged. Boxes must be wrapped in packaging and must not have labels directly attached or be taped in anyway. Any damage or sign of wear to the returned item may result in a refund being refused. Complete the returns information on the returns note supplied with your order and ensure you enclose it in the box with your returned items and add any further detail if you need to.
For returns from within the UK or Channel Islands we provide a fully tracked 2-3 day returns service via Royal Mail at a subsidised price of £3.99. The return postage will be deducted from your refund shortly after we receive your order back with us.

Returns postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty (decision made at the discretion of management) or were sent incorrectly. Regretfully, footwear that does not fit is not considered as being faulty or not fit for purpose.
